It consists of two chambers. The chopping chamber has a set of fixed and rotating knives. Grinder chamber consists of central plates with holding hammers to grind grains and cakes etc. the screens below give the required size of the final product. Both rotors are mounted on same shaft with single drive. Two different hoppers are provided on opposite sides for individual chambers. Motor H.P ranges 5-10 and 15-30 H.P capacity approx. from 300 kgs to 3 Tons/hr

The chipper chamber consists of rotary plate with sets of knives to cut material against fixed knives at inlet hopper. Material is further ground to the required size in adjacent chamber consisting of hammers mounted on central plates. Size of the final product is obtained by screen size provided in the chamber.
Motor H.P range from 10-30; capacity depends on material consistencies.

Applications:
To chip and cut branches, twigs, plants and shrubs. It can be used for making pulp, input feed material for boilers, etc

The machine consists of multiple heavy duty knives to cut non-conventional material like maize cobs, sunflower twigs, leaves, branches of trees etc. rotary knives passes through fixed knives in chamber and shreds material to desired size at higher speeds. The screen fixed inside the chamber decides the final size of the product. Motor H.P ranges from 30-50. Machine is available in two different models. One is fixed and other is portable driven and towed by tractor of 40 HP capacities, through its P.T.O drive.

It’s a versatile machine to process complete feeds in powder form to pellets. Material consisting of non-conventional and conventional feeds in mixed proportions of approx. 40 to 60% with added moisture in form of water ranging between 18 to 30% is mixed and fed through feeding system at uniform rate to conditioning chamber. The raw material is subjected to grinding, attrition, shearing, friction etc. to create heat and cook the material in the final chamber. Temperatures of 90 to 105 deg C. can be obtained and give a pressure cooker effect in the final chamber. Material expands as it comes out of the chamber, into the atmosphere. It ruptures the cells to obtain vitamins and amino acids for better digestibility of feed in animals. Machine works on 50 HP power for main drive and 2-3 HP for feeding system.

100 to 150 kgs of complete feeds per Hr with 16mm pellet size.
